These Terms explain how paid access to Sonovim works and the responsibilities that apply when you use the service. Sonovim is operated by Daniel Utama.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms apply to your purchase of access to, and use of, Sonovim. By purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before purchasing or using Sonovim.

About Sonovim

Sonovim is a browser-based paid member audio experience. The current member experience includes:

  • Access to approximately 380 curated, lyric-free Sonovim audio tracks;
  • Browser-based audio playback and playback controls;
  • Focus Timer and Monk Mode;
  • Browser-based member access.

Your purchase provides access to a digital member experience. It does not provide downloadable ownership of MP3 files or transfer ownership of the Sonovim audio catalog.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Accounts are intended for the registered customer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Account credentials should not be sold, transferred, publicly shared, or distributed.

Sonovim may use normal account and security controls to protect the service. Abusive or unauthorized access may result in restriction or suspension where reasonably necessary.

Plans, Payments and Renewals

Sonovim is currently in the Founder Phase. The current Founder offers are:

Monthly and Yearly Access renew according to their billing cycle until canceled. Monthly Access is billed at USD $3.99 per billing month. Yearly Access is billed at USD $39 per billing year.

Founder Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is offered as a one-time-payment access option with no recurring subscription fee. It is access to the Sonovim service, not ownership of the audio catalog, and is not a guarantee of service availability for the purchaser’s entire natural lifetime.

The availability of Lifetime Access as an offer may be withdrawn for new customers as Sonovim progresses. Withdrawing the offer for new customers does not, by itself, revoke existing Lifetime Access purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal. The timing and processing of cancellation may depend on the billing and account systems used to process your subscription.

Refund Requests and Billing Issues

If you believe a payment was made in error, experience an access problem, or wish to request a refund, contact support@sonovim.com. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and any rights that apply under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Access to the Sonovim Service

Sonovim provides paid member access through your browser. The current member experience is intended for personal, end-user listening through the Sonovim service.

Use of the service depends on your browser, device, and internet connection. If you experience a problem accessing your account or the player, contact support@sonovim.com.

Mobile and Browser Playback Limitations

Sonovim runs in your browser. On desktop devices, playback can generally continue while you work in other applications. On mobile devices, background playback behavior depends on the browser and operating system. Audio may pause when you switch applications, change browser tabs, or lock the screen. For the most reliable mobile experience, keep Sonovim open in the active browser tab.

Acceptable Use

Sonovim access is intended for personal, end-user listening. You must not:

  • Resell Sonovim membership access;
  • Publicly distribute account credentials;
  • Systematically extract the audio catalog;
  • Sell copied Sonovim audio as your own product;
  • Redistribute Sonovim member content as a competing library;
  • Use automated scraping or downloading tools to extract the catalog;
  • Intentionally interfere with the website, player, infrastructure, or access controls.

Intellectual Property and Service Materials

Sonovim and its service materials are made available to users for access and use through the Sonovim service. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the Sonovim brand, website, interface, service materials, or audio catalog to the customer.

Users may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Sonovim service materials except where expressly permitted by Sonovim or applicable law.

Health / Performance Disclaimer

Sonovim is provided as a digital listening and productivity environment. It is not medical advice, medical treatment, or mental-health treatment.

Individual experiences vary. No specific productivity, health, sleep, focus, emotional, driving, or cognitive outcome is guaranteed.

Service Availability

Sonovim aims to maintain a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Interruptions may result from browser behavior, operating-system restrictions, your internet connection, hosting or platform infrastructure, payment systems, maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service availability.

Third-Party Services

Sonovim operates using third-party infrastructure and services. These may include payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting and CDN infrastructure, and browser and operating-system technologies.

Certain parts of your experience, including payment, account access, email delivery, and playback, may depend on these services and their availability.

Privacy & Account Data

Customer information may be processed as reasonably necessary for account creation, payment administration, member access, transactional communication, customer support, security, and service operation.

Payment and account transactions may also involve third-party platforms or payment providers, which operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes to Sonovim

Sonovim is currently in an early Founder Phase, and the service may evolve. Features, interface details, content organization, and future pricing for new purchases may change.

Future pricing changes for new purchases do not automatically alter an existing paid recurring billing agreement. Any change to an existing agreement must be permitted and properly communicated.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, with their effective date and a revised last updated date.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sonovim and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws applicable to the operator of Sonovim, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
